Not unlimited: each key has a monthly cap and answers have a maximum length. If the cap blocks your work, tell us. That is exactly what the pilot measures.

Privacy

Your code stays yours.

No training, no retention

Every request is routed only to providers that keep zero data and don't train on it. If none is available, the request fails instead of going elsewhere.

Nothing in our logs

The API records usage per key (tokens and cost), never your prompts or answers.

Your chats are yours

Chat history is kept for you on our server. Admins can't open or export it.

Leaked key? Fixed fast

Your key is personal. Tell us and we block it and send a new one. Never post it in groups or screenshots.

Questions students ask.

Is it as good as Claude or ChatGPT?

Not on every task. Kelumo uses strong open models picked for coding, so you keep moving when your frontier quota is gone. When it falls short, click 👎 in the chat or tell us on WhatsApp: it decides what we change next.

Is it unlimited?

No. Each key has a monthly cap, sized for real daily use. When you reach it, requests are refused until you renew. Tell us if it stops you: we adjust caps from what students actually need.

Which tools work?

Any tool with an "OpenAI-compatible" provider: OpenCode, Cline, Continue (VS Code, JetBrains), Aider, Zed, and your own scripts. Use the address https://api.kelumo.ai/v1 and your key.

Which models are behind it?

Open models chosen for coding and reasoning, served by zero-data-retention providers. We upgrade them over time behind the same two names, so your setup never changes.

How do I renew?

Pay again by Wave or Orange Money and send the screenshot on WhatsApp. We add 30 days from your current end date and reset your cap.

Is it only for DAUST?

The founding pilot starts with DAUST students. Other students and developers can ask to join the next wave on WhatsApp.

Can my university or school offer it?

Yes, without buying or running GPUs: we host the models and handle keys, caps and support. Write to hello@kelumo.ai.
